I believe that designing an app is an art in itself and the developer of the Reeder understands that well. The UI; the user-experience is amazing and smooth like butter. And, it just works. I have tested nearly 6-7 RSS readers till now, but have never been so impressed with an RSS app so far. The Reeder syncs with the Google Reader flawlessly. There are two gestures that you can use in this app. Slide from left to right to toggle read or unread and slide right to left to toggle starred or unstarred.

This app provides a lot of customization like how many articles do you want it to load initially; whether to sync new items when the app opens; what sharing links do you wish to include; font-size of the text displayed and many more. Another non-free RSS reader for iPad. But, fortunately, it is not terrible as the Pulse News Reader, which crashes everytime you try to import Google Reader feeds. The NewsRack does not suffer from that problem and can pull feeds from Twitter account, Delicious Bookmarks, Facebook and so on.
