The overheating problem associated with the iPad is not uncommon and perhaps that is why a new lawsuit has cropped-up accusing the Apple of making defective iPads.
The lawsuit alleges that the iPad has not lived up to the reasonable consumers expectations. It also says that the iPad overheats quickly under common weather conditions. [via]
