New, fresh rumors are brewing up about the next-generation iPad. The first is that it will be available in smaller sizes and boast better screen contrast, which means that pictures will look much better. According to a report, Apple is going to outfit the iPad2 with a 5.6-inch or a 7-inch display powered by the OLED technology. The current 9.7-inch are based on LCD technology.

However, the OLEDs are more expensive than the LCDs, but have much better saturations levels. The new iPad could be launched as soon as in Q4 2010. [via]

Then this will mean, no more iPod touch? A 7 inches I think would be just perfect. But now I’m used to this big screen, even though I feel we need more pixels here. Two things they really should work on is Bluetooth handset profile and camera.
iPod Touch will be like iPad 2 Nano
Apple is so stupid!
