Verizon is set to place a chip on their iPad for built in wireless networking. The company has unofficially announced this plan to carry the iPad and reveals that Cupertino might be losing his grip to his partners. CFO of Verizon, Francis Shamo has revealed about the plans for iPad that will incorporate an internal CDMA. This version will be able to directly connect to the network of Verizon. The monthly plans are from $20 to $80. Right now, there still are no clues as when the new iPad will be released or if they will be awaiting the new generation of the iPad.
