I would say Osmos is one amazing, tailor-made game for the iPad. It gives a very pleasant experience to its user. In the game, you control a mote, an orb of primordial soup, which can be moved by tapping on the opposite side of direction you need to go. When you do this, the mote ejects some ooze as tiny bubbles. These can be used to regain the mass.
This game clearly shows immersive tablet gaming fully realized – a game with beautiful physics, and the magic of your fingers. Costs 5 dollars [link]
