I believe that designing an app is an art in itself and the developer of the Reeder understands that well. The UI; the user-experience is amazing and smooth like butter. And, it just works. I have tested nearly 6-7 RSS readers till now, but have never been so impressed with an RSS app so far. The Reeder syncs with the Google Reader flawlessly. There are two gestures that you can use in this app. Slide from left to right to toggle read or unread and slide right to left to toggle starred or unstarred.
The developer has made sure that you are able to share the stories that you like with your friends. So, you can post them to twitter; email them; send to Instapaper/ReadItLater or save to Pinbard.
But, the best feature is its ability to saves the state when you exit the app. So you can start from where you left. The app is well worth the $5 [link]
