dBelement has unveiled Notes2 for the iPad which is a new note organizing app. It allow users to sync to-do lists between iPad and their desktop. For syncing, you need to make a dBelement account too. The desktop app comes with the tools to manage, edit and order the lists. Costs 3 dollars. [link]
