MindMeister has finally launched their award-winning app for the iPad. This app is a web-based mind mapping service that features automatic syncing of the iPad mind maps and allows you to write and draw even when you are not connected. The app supports common gestures to let you easily zoom in and out.
One can import from MindManager, Freemind and text files and export as MindManager, Freemind, MS Word, PDF and image files. Available for 8 dollars. [link]
