AFL Gold offers Quick Match, Custom Match, Career Manager and Competition Mode. In Quick Match you don’t waste time, you play right away. Choose a team and gain your all out battle. In Custom match you get to pick your own games. Choose length of time, players dress, your favourite stadium, crowd and various other adjustments.
AFL Gold Edition has a job for you. In a mode of a Career Manager, you are a coach. You’re starting in a TAC Cup coaching your team, taking care of player’s injuries, contracts, drafts, trades and even Team’s finances.
There are 4 leagues to choose from. In Competition mode you can choose a league, and head on to win any one or all of them. In this mode you can watch your or other team’s stats, ladder, lineup, even individual player’s stats, so you know who you’re up against.
Sounds are professional and club songs authentic. Graphics and 3D animations are superb. To enhance the real feel of a pro game there is even a close up camera to add to the effect of the real deal.
