According to a recent survey, Apple products from iPod, iPhone to iPad are the most popular gift choices for kids. Forget dolls and toys, the Duracell survey showed that two thirds of the children want electronic products for the holidays. Kids as young as 5 years old to adults all want one. The Apple bug is still plaguing the whole world so if you are in a financial crunch, you have to think twice as this is a massive investment. Candywriter today announces Word Solitaire: Aurora for iPhone, Word Solitaire HD for iPad, and Word Solitaire for Mac. The three titles are separate versions of the same game, a sequel to the original iPhone-classic, Word Solitaire. Word Solitaire cards are dealt just like in traditional solitaire but with a unique twist: instead of playing cards, each card represents a letter of the alphabet. Android apps reach 100,000!

For those non Apple users, you can rejoice. Just recently, Android applications have reached 100,000. You can now get a third as many applications as iPad users. Well, at some point, this news may not be as good. A number of tablets that will run on Android are still in production and will be released in the next few months. Some of the apps have been recycled since these have been built for Apple products firsts. Apple has 300, 00 apps and counting. Let us hope Android apps don't go outdated before other brands like Acer and Microsoft get their tablets on the marketplace.
